New Moon Photo

New Moon Photo is the 'alter-ego' to Thompson Digital Image.

After some discussion with existing customers, I wanted to take the established Thompson Digital Image and keep it as a trusted source for wedding, family, event and product photography and web design.

New Moon (the start of a new cycle, and ties into the dark romanticism of the Twilight Series) will feature my more artistic endeavors - modeling and fashion, landscape imagery, boudoir, and other areas of 'artistic photography' that I want to explore and share.

Landscape Gallery

Landscapes have always been a favorite of mine, showing the peace, grace and beauty of our world. I sincerely hope that you enjoy viewing these images as much as I do, and that as you reflect on them, they bring a peace and stillness to your spirit.

Images ordered with frames are mounted on a double-weight backboard before framing. You may also choose printing on canvas, for that very special quality of display in your home or office. I chose what I felt are the best frame options to enhance the beauty of the landscapes. The watermark logo is removed from all printed images.

"Kevin shot our July 17, 2009 wedding at St. Peter's Cathedral and the American Lombardi club of Rockford. It is a pleasure for me to write a review about his photography services! My husband and I live in Germany so planning for our Rockford wedding from across the ocean was done almost entirely through the internet and email. I found Kevin by chance online and my husband and I couldn't have been more happy with our decision!! We were looking for a photographer who fit our specific needs and who truly enjoyed his work and could take quality pictures that reflect our families and their personalities and styles. Kevin did just that and so much more for our special day! He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure his work is exactly how you want it to be. On November 28, 2009, Wynter Gordon performed at Manor Nightclub in Rockford, IL. She sang several great songs, and her hit "Sugar" that she recorded with Flo-Rida, while on the dance floor with the crowd. Another great night!

Air Force One

A friend heard that Air Force One would be landing in Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, WI, so we took a quick road-trip with our cameras just to see what we could see.

Of course security was intense, as you would expect with President Obama arriving, but I still was able to get a few decent shots of the plane, which is what I was hoping for.
